Position: Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Salary: $41,725

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week; 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Requirements: Master's in International & Comparative law and/or Immigration Law

Description: Work on family-based, employment-based and asylum-based immigration cases. Analyze cases and prepare documents to be filed with the appropriate government agency. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues. keep up-to-date with continuous legal developments for various types of non-immigrant, immigrant and asylum petitions. Complete work assignments independently and oversee status through utilization of case management.
